Thats a shame. Missed it the first time, and in no position to buy it this time as ive just bought another one frown

As the seller says, all of the right mods, none of the wrong ones. Really nice car that.

Am new to the forum and in the market for a Monaro but wasn't looking at a s/c one but had noticed this one up for sale. As it is known as a very good car on here one of my questions has been answered but can anyone tell me how driveable this is compared to a n/a car ?

Hi there, this is my old Monaro so I can tell you exactly how it drives compared my my Cammed GTS.

At low speeds, cold starts etc, the SC is much smoother and easier to drive than my cammed GTS.

Power delivery, I prefer the cam as it's more progressive although with a little practice, you can feather in the power with a SC.

Performance wise, IMO, the Cam can easily match a SC on the road, which is where it matters most.

Noise wise, you simply can't beat a H122 !!!

If you want to know any more about the car, mods etc, feel free to PM me smile

Thanks for that Tattooboy, having just returned a car I recently bought thinking it was mint and finding it wasn't I don't want to repeat the process. It is above what I was planning on paying but if I decide to have a look at it I will be in touch smile
