Inner tie rod end replacement

Has anyone replaced an inner tie rod end and how straightforward it is? One of mine has about 0.010" play?

Does anyone also know what it's off of as I may be able to source one locally?

The rack is made by Titon so in theory you could get the spare parts from them but the racks are made specifically for Ultima so Titon will not supply direct.
You can get the parts from the Factory and they aren't to bad to fit but you will need to drill out an existing lock pin and drill carefully for the new pin.
