Knack to getting a new rear bump stop into a Panda 100HP?
Discussion
I'm trying to fit a new rear bump stop into our 100HP Panda
I've had the spring off and got the new bump stop in place but can't get the little rubber blob on the top of the new one in through the hole in the body
I've put a bit of grease on it, tried forcing it in with a crowbar off the bottom spring plate etc etc but no joy so far
Any suggestions please?
Also does anyone know the advised torque value for the lower damper bolt please?
Thanks

Well, further poking with a crowbar has got the bump stop well enough in that I don't think it'll fall out - I guess bouncing over speed bumps might seat it properly over time... The opposite bump stop looked to be not far from breaking off too so I've squeezed a bit of silicon into the gap to help hold it in place - seemingly these things are a 100HP (/all Pandas?) weak spot.
