Waking up with a stinking cold, and deciding that you cant possibly feel worse so now would be a good time to tackle that horrendous climb you've been ignoring for the past few months.
45 mins post decision, on hands and knees at the side of said climb throwing up breakfast.
or
45 mins post decision, wheelspinning up a 12 degree gradient covered in wet leaves and making zero headway

me tomorrow. I'm in the worst shape I've been in for the last 3 years and haven't ridden more than 10 miles in the past 2 weeks, so have decided to ride the SDW solo over 2 days. To my credit I have prepared a robust 'If I don't check in, this is where to find my corpse' plan.
