Well nearly!
10 months down the line and she is now MOT'd, taxed and is no longer dropping fluids!
Thanks for all your help and putting up with the stupid questions.
Just got to put some miles on her now and then sort the geo out.
Bodywork needs tarting up but she is a track car not a show car!

Nice. Just in time for Snetts next week.

What mods, if any, did you do for the track?

The engine and gearbox are standard at the moment. I want to see how good/bad they are.They have been stood for 15 years!

The suspension has all nylon bushes and Gaz Gold Pro's

The brakes have been uprated using the old calipers off my Chimaera with 260mm discs and Mintex pads.

Other than that I have put some 16in wheels on I have a set of 17In to try as well,Lotus Elise seats and a Safety Devices roll bar.
A bit early (and far!)for Snetts but hoping to do Oulton in Oct/Nov

Trackday at Bedford on the 19th Oct;
http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

You got a date for Oulton? Haven't been there yet this year. Although, your, what looks like Rainsport 3, boots might be better suited than the NS-2R I have for a day in Oct / Nov smile

They work very well on Tamy and Suni.

Done four trackdays on them in Tamy and they have hardly worn. Pretty grippy too. Three were dry and one was very wet.

Any preference of the 9 'open' days showing? Or are you thinking about crashing the BMW or Porsche days?
