Holiday/annual leave allowance

My new job has me working Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday as my days off.

Can someone tell me how many days annual leave I am entitled to and how bank holidays work given that they mostly fall on my normal day off.

My rota says that including bank holidays, I get 28 days off a year. Is that correct?
