Cayenne 3.0 diesel service intervals?

Just a quickie - is it 2yrs or 20,000 miles (whichever the sooner) or is it 'condition-based'?

It's about ever 20k miles. The car has a counter that you can check service status on - i access mine via the displays in the binnacle.

Good question that Phooey actually. I got the 3 litre diesel and about 2 months ago I had the oil change done at 14k miles. I have now got another indicator saying 'interim service due'. The car is a January 2014 plate with now 16k miles on - seems wrong to me?

Yes, mine is saying 'oil change now' but was serviced last August, 14,000 miles ago. I wonder if it is condition-based?

Theres an oil degradation sensor fitted , that would indicate an oil change is due before a service.

Short journeys , poor starting problems cold climate all have an effect on how long the oil will last
