decibel reading near (ish)chelmsford please

Im looking to book a track day but I need to know my db reading @ 3/4 max. This must not be more than 105. If any body has such equipment to help please let me know and i will pop round to annoy your neighbours...

Please Help...tomorrow would be ideal.
