My V8S has an alarm/imob, but came with no alarm remote fobs. The alarm part is key operated from the cockpit, and works ok (although it goes off when you return to the car and open the door) - today I had a thought...the key possibly could be an over-ride switch, that livens the alarm up, and that is why it goes off straightaway....I therefore need a remote fob to arm and disarm (leaving key switched on).

Does anybody know whether it is possible to get replacement alarm remote fobs for a car alarm if you have no fobs to replicate? If so from who/where.

Lots of questions.....

I didn't think TVR S's had Alarm/ Imob fitted as standard. I would have thought it would be an after market jobbie....

IMHO..Your best bet would be to go along to a local fitter and getb him to ckeck it out, find the make, find the spec - Then source you a new fob or similar....

I have seen quiet a few Ss fitted with "Cobra" alarms....
I just assumed these were factory fitted. Well I could be wrong and these might of been the alarm of choice 15 years ago
