Looking to get an idea of a suggested rental on an industrial property.
I could e-mail photos / address - not after 100% just an idea if what we are paying is either ok, too low or too high!
Fairly simple set up, industrial unit and yard.
Thanks!

Location is everything.

Compare it to what else is advertised available on Rightmove and local commercial estate agents own web sites.

I have a controversial suggestion.

If you don't know the local market, it might be worth paying someone who does to represent you. They will more than likely save you more than they cost in a number of areas.

But what do I know.

I have done this quite a few times over the last 6 months.

Most of the stuff I have seen on RM is more than we currently pay - about 20% more.
However I had one local estimate which was 30% *less* than what we pay now..

Hence the confusion.
