Audi B6 A4 Avant amplifier

Hey all,
Just bought a second hand 04 plate Audi Avant with the (non-Bose) concert system. The rear door speakers and the sub don't work - this is due to the head unit only powering the front speakers, and the amp powering the others.
Has anyone experienced this before? I've found a terminal map, and will poke a multimeter in there, but I suspect the amp may be broken.
