Monaro VXR problem

Hi guys,

I've got abit of a strange problem with my VXR monaro. If I'm sat in traffic for a while the car starts to run lumpy and will eventually stop running, I have to keep my foot on the accelerator pedal to keep it going but sometimes that's not even enough and it will again stop. Once the traffic is clear its runs totally fine. Temperature gauge is sitting fine so no problems there. The only thing I did notice was a clip broke on a connector near the LS2 sticker/writing so maybe that being loose would cause this once it's hot!

Any help would be great guys.

its not really a lot to go on. It could be many things. Sounds like a fuelling issue maybe, just choking up?

Be surprised if it's something to do with fuel as once the traffic clears the car runs fine. Got a MOT soon so will get them to see if they can sort it but if not then monkfish will be next

Perhaps a dodgy HT lead?
