I've read a few times that you regularly have to do a Clutch Learn Procedure with the Sportshift V8 Vantage. Is this also the case with the V12 Vantage S with the Sportshift III gearbox?

No, it does it automatically when you are stopped and left in gear.

Whilst you are stopped you will hear a click and the clutch learn has been done. If you have to move off it stops the procedure and you can just drive off and it will then try when you are next stopped.

Big improvement over earlier systems.

That sounds slightly different to the II.

When you start the car, keep your foot on the brake and the N button flashes, when it stops, its ready. May well be slightly different.

My beloved V8 roadster has been back to the dealer for a few days to have some minor work on drivers window and roof.
Those kind folk down at Cambridge let me have a subtle car to ease the withdrawal symptoms.
A yellow Vantage V12S roadster pic enclosed taken on its recent Goldfinger tour.
I have to say aside the power difference the whole car is different on every level.
The quirks of SS2 have been ironed out on SS3
My experience was that you get clutch learns inter drive when stopped.
I dropped the V12 off yesterday and drove home loving the rawness of my V8 with fuse 15 out a sports muffler it sounded amazing. I drove down the same streets got the same attention (just).
If I am honest and there have been many warnings on this forum owning a V8 and driving a V12 will plant a seed and like all addictive substances the phenomenon of craving then starts. Well it has for me!
It took Aston Martin 4 years to lure me from Porsche it won't take them that long to move me to a V12!
Starting to save already she who must be obeyed needs some teeth work! 10k in UK or £3k in Hungary? Sorry love it's Budapest for you 😁
My only problem is how do I change my name to V12Staffie
