C class w204 sport button stuck

As title, local place was supposed to replace shockers, they realised mine were electronic so put them back. Now stuck in sport mode. Tried the connectors on top of the shockers but they ok.

Any suggestions..

Suspension place said a plastic clip of the rear suspension has snapped.thye can fit new one next week £30 , was one before they had it..

Plastic clip turned out to be more substantial.. £125 form Mercedes.. At least sport mode now works..
