Cerbera lost all lights and indicators ?

I was driving along and i nudged the cut off key with my drink bottle, i turned off the key some how but when i turned it back i'd lost all lights?

Any ideas ?

Often the wires behind the silver key barrell can come away and can short out. So they may need attention. I'd also check fuses and the control boxes.

all fixed.
I pulled the no.2 fuse and i heard the main light ecu click, then replaced the fuse and all working fine.
Possible a dirty or dry fuse.
All good now.
