Slow tonight, and crashing

PH ran fine for a long time on my pc, but tonight it is very slow om some pages

and crashed twice when I tried to return from topics to subfora.

Running very slow on mac seems to stick on every page then will just load the error page.

For a ongoing problem not much feedback or any action as this has been the same now for a few nights
