I have Elise seats in mine

very light, very thin and surprisingly comfortable - even on a long journey (like driving to Spa)

I have Lotus Elise seats in both my Ss (S3 and S3C). I've used flat plate to fit the seats in the Reserve S. I will modify the floor plan in Samy to fit the Lotus subframes directly.

I believe that Lotus Esprit seats fit nicely too as fitted by .................... too many Guinness to recall.

They make your interior look huge smile lack of console probably helps too.

I believe there have been various seats in the Elise over the years and no doubt some very good ones but the early S1 Elise basic seats, almost devoid of any cushioning at all, were the terrible for me....it felt like the bottom of my spine was in direct contact with the ground.
If you are looking for a true bucket seat that is also really comfortable and don't mind the price have a look at the Recaro Pole Position.

or the Cobra FIA Historic Classic - a bit pricy but nice and will fit as it is one of the slimmest (the slimmest?) competition seats available

not sure I'm slim enough for slimmest seats the ones with no side cushions would be similar to the ones I had in my kit car which took me to Germany in comfort. On a different note tried to email a couple of people with questions thru the forum but got no reply is there a format for personal messages? cheers

Very nice,if they are the right colour, which they appear to be in your case since you have a green car!
Are they Audi TT?

They do fit, well they did the last time I tried :-)
They are Mk1 MX5's recovered.
The head trimmer for TVR years ago lives and has a business near where I live in the north of Scotland
The car had black trim that's why I had the black centre panels, and don't want it totally changed, but I am changing carpets to light green so hopefully will compliment the seats.
I think I am going to get him to fit the carpets as he seems to know what he is doing.
One snippet that he told me about the S seats which I have not seen on here before, is they are Marina frames ??
