Xbox 360 fun local multi player/split screen

Hi, because they're cheap as chips, a couple of my friends have got an Xbox 360 now. Though, we've got a couple of games with good local multiplayer, we're looking for more. Worms and Halo are both great and we play them a lot.
Ideally at least 4 people, and maybe some that are easy to learn and fun so people not used to the console can enjoy it as well.

I'm thinking in the lines of the all out classic Mario Cart...

Others I already have:
Castle Crashers
PGR
A number of lego games
A couple of fighers

But we keep coming back to Halo and Worms 2. Not looking for any more shooters, looking for decent arcade games instead I think...
