For a mate. It's been at least 14 days after driving past a Mobile van, 60 zone . GPS indicated 74-bang to rights I would have thought. All DVLA owner details up to date. I thought these vans just park and click. No operator?

yes, well the only confusing part it the speed is somewhat different to his story and he was in a different location. Maybe he is trying to hide it from his wife as she has suspected an affair in the past. This is very dodgey indeed
