Hi all,

i've been think about getting a V8 Vantage for a while, but have yet to experience once. I was wondering if anyone in Norfolk wouldn't mind meeting up and let me drool over your car! and maybe take me out for spin?

Would love to have a frank chat with any owners and have a look.

I could go to Stratton Motors, but they don't have any second hand ones at the moment in,

No worries if not, but would love to at least come and have a look if you are around one day.
cheers

Hi. I'm on the Essex Suffolk border. I have a V8 Vantage. I'd be more than happy for you to come and look over the car. And take you for a drive. There is however a thriving Suffolk/Norfolk region of the AMOC (Aston Martin owners club) that you might like to visit. We have monthly meetings on a Thursday evening.I'm still new to the club. But if you do a search you should be able to get more info. The area rep is called Hugh.

Welcome to the forum Wayne.

We usually say;
Get to know the model differences and changes - 'The Book' (at the top of the topic list) is the Bible for this.
Take your time, chose your desired spec. then start the search. Many of these cars are treasured, so wait for a pristine example because there are many.

Most of us were 'hooked' by the whole Aston Martin 'thing'. The cars may not outperform a Porsche, but there is a whole lot more to them than that. Enjoy your introduction.

Hi, I have a V8 Vantage Roadster not too far from the Royal Norfolk Show ground. I'm out of the country until the end of the month, but if you want to come round on a dry day(!) you'd be very welcome. Also, to the poster ref the owners club, I'd love to come along one Thursday once I'm home, but where?

I'm located near Stalham, more than happy for you to have a look around the car if you are in the area.
