What suspension modifications would anybody reccomend for my 930. Now Iv'e got the gearbox and engine in proper order I'm thinking perhaps it time to waste some money on the corners.Any ideas.

If your car has not had a proper suspension setup for some time it would benefit from it. You can also take the opportunity to have the car lowered a bit at the same time. The standard dampers are very firm if in good shape and so are unlikely to need upgrading unless you are doing serious track work. If you are, thicker torsion bars are one of the first things to do. I'd get it properly set up by someone like Parr's before doing anything else.
Have fun.

Something like this would do the trick nicely:

Bilstein race inserts & rear dampers
22/23mm front torsion bars
29/30mm rear torsion bars
22mm front/21mm rear antiroll bars
Lower car by 35mm
1.5 degree neg front, 0-5' toe in
2.0 degree neg rear, 15' toe in
Strut brace

If the car is not already on Bilsteins you will have to replace the legs.

I would also recommend 993 calipers and reduced anti-dive for the front end, use braided hoses, brake ducts and good brake fluid like SRF.

Parr sorted my back suspension last year with a 29mm rear torsion bar and harder Bilstein shocks - no idea what model though.

The front was deemed to be ok as it's stiff enough, but I may get a stiffer bar put in this year. they also lowered and set the geometry pretty much as ninemeister described.

I can't tell you how much better the car is now, it was so worn at the back that it felt like it had 4 wheel steering!
