To be fair she comes up as an 'also viewed', which I didn't spot, but as I'm not a premium member I can't contact her through LinkedIn and there's no address. I did however take the trouble to acknowledge Fish's efforts rather than just ignore it, as most people would

No probs, I get LinkedIn spam all the time and just assumed everyone else was a member. I had just managed to get hold of my ISP general manager through LinkedIn after months of cocking about with Customer Services, within 3 days had the engineers out to fix my line.
