T350 wheel sizes & SP12 question

Hi all - I'm thinking of ditching my spiders and moving to something such as the SP12 but have a few questions;
Are the SP12s the same size/width/offset as spiders? ie/ will my existing, virtually new F1s fit straight onto them?
What are the correct width and offsets for f&r wheels should I opt to look elsewhere away from the SP12s?
Are SP12s only available form ACT - it would be a set of Anthracite I'd want? Team dynamics seem a lot cheaper but have lettering on them - are they available in the same offsets or are the correct offsets for them only on the SP12s rather than the base T/Dynamic?
