Hi all

I require new rear discs and pads on my 2008 997S GEN2. If I fit OEM discs and Porsche brake pads will it fail the 111 point check if I decide to sell in the future?

Many thanks

John

Why would it fail?

Do you mean "none OEM discs"?

Yes, they are not the Porshe discs.

Quite a few Porsche specialists sell OEM pattern discs that you really cannot tell the difference between by just looking at them.
Give someone like Design 911, or Porsche shop a call.

If the mechanic inspecting the vehicle for the 111 check can see they are not porsche parts fitted then he will fail it ... but.... only if he can see they are not genuine .
