Installing cooker in commercial premises

We're away to move into a new warehouse next month and will be doing a lot of work putting in fixtures and fittings. While we're at it, it would be useful to fit an electric fan oven (just for cooking, it won't be used in any way for the purposes of business). Is there any legislation I need to be aware of that makes putting an oven into a warehouse different from fitting it at home? The property will be leased.

Cant really see any, we have a electric oven in our office, never gets flagged in our H&S inspections. I put a sign warning the hobs get hot, as it would be easy to lean on them after they've been on.
