Wiper block connector - park woes

Chaps - my wipers don't park properly. They do a half sweep (i.e. over to the drivers side) then stop. Park switch is working (removed, tested with finger) but only when wipers are on their way back to proper park site.

Got to wondering about the block connector. I ditched mine and wired the terminals straight on to the park switch shown here





- Does anyone know if the original block connector isolates all the wires or are some sub connected within the original connector itself?

- Is my wiring correct?!?

They should all be isolated from each other, see this thread, its cheap enough to buy the park switch and connector as 99.9% of the problems are with these.

Can anyone verify if my wiring is correct?

Also any ideas on testing the voltages received at the wires?
