Hey guys, in my haste to get the body of my car, I have broken the tube off the bulb for the water temperature gauge. Where's best to get it repaired or get a new one? Are there any alternatives that aren't those SPA gauges (don't like the look of them)?

Billy.

Just sent a complete set of instruments to http://www.speedycables.com for refurbishment (including a broken capillary tube). Advised 4 to 5 weeks to complete the work.

Can I ask how much it's costing?

I haven't spoken with them since I sent them off on Sunday, but I was previously given an indicative figure of £150-160 for the set.

A couple of bezels need replacing, which mean they all need to be changed to ensure they colour match (£20'ish for the big clocks and £10'is for the smaller ones), glass (sorry plastic) needs cleaning/replacing and the capillary sorting out.

Hope this helps.
