Range Rover weird heater problems
Discussion
Hi Folks
Any advice on this would be welcome.
I have a 2003 L322 HSE with the 4.4 petrol engine.
The heater a/c seems to be doing weird things. The blower works fine at all speeds but when adjusting the temperature controls on either side it doesn't really seem to do much.
If i drop the temp down with the a/c on to it's lowest setting it speeds up the blowers but continues to blow really hot. The only way I can get it to blow cold is by moving the blue/red control on the center vents. Moving it to blue will blow cold chilled air but you get no temp change when it's on red.
If I understand correctly the system is meant to maintain the temp you set it at but mine just wont, you constantly have to keep moving the blue/red wheel to maintain a constant temp.
I don't know if that makes any sense but any thoughts would be appreciated.
