Took 15 mins out between races on Sunday at BH to wander in and enjoy the ambience and cars. Was met with a very warm welcome indeed. Chatted for a while with Tim who remembered my name back from 2000/2001. Now that's a good memory!

Anyway no real point to this post other than I thought the very friendly welcome deserved a mention.

Cars looked fantastic. Certainly took me a bit closer to 7 ownership again!

I sold my 7 via them and they were great. Top firm to deal with and really really know their stuff (recall several members of their staff being ex Caterham factory trained).

I have bought two caterhams from them and can't recommend them enough.

Tim and Callum where extremely helpful when I failed the sound test at brands two weeks after buying my R400 and replaced my exhaust packing.

That's odd. I called them last Saturday, as I was travelling up from Hampshire and going past their door, and I wanted to have a look at their stock as I'm in the market right now but the chap told me they were closed and wanted at least one day off per week!!

They lost out as I bought elsewhere but strange to hear they were open after all.

Odd... I was there Saturday at just after 9. Callum was cleaning a car for a customer collecting, and when I left the paddock area at 4ish there was a group outside and the doors were open.

I've just bought my second car from S&C (Callum) and have found them to provide a great service. Part-ex'd my K-Series R300 for an R400 (in Pearl / Orange) on Saturday. Very pleased with it!!

Yeah I'm really enjoying it; quite a bit faster than my R300 and the character of the engine is completely different...
I actually got up at 5am today so I could go for a quick blat before heading to the office!!!
Are there any 7 forums you'd recommend as this one is a little quiet?

Crazzy4557: I am very sorry but I think there must be some confusion. We do not open on Sundays so I think BertBert must have miss-typed that. We do have one day off yes but we are always happy to come in and meet customers looking to buy cars if we are able to. Hi Bert Bert,

Typically no, almost every weekend is a race weekend here and having trialed it we've found it remains a very quite day so we just stick to by appointment on Sundays.

A very nice selection of cars there right now if anyone is in the market - I'm not after a change just yet but was still tempted!
