Hofbrau Weissbier

Does anyone know if they sell Hofbrau Weissbier in the UK shops somewhere without ordering online?

Am Bavarian was brought up on the stuff - you can get easier and better
Franziskaner Weissbier (Sainsbury/Tesco)
a bit rarer but much better
Schneider Weisse (Sainsbury/Waitrose)
Bot are MILES better than Hofbrau Weisse

Waitrose's own is sometimes supplied by Weihenstephan which is close in taste to Hofbrau and sometimes by interesting smaller breweries (worth reading the small print and experimenting)

Franziskaner Weissbier is lovely stuff. I cant get enough of it. 4 for £6 at Tesco.

Another vote for the Fanziskaner, especially the Dunkel(red label). In fact, a good friend is travelling back from Frankfurt today with a couple of cases of mixed weissbeers in his car boot for me.

Yup, Fanziskaner is a good one. Off to Luebeck in a couple of weeks with work and plan on enjoying a few in between meetings.

For £1.25, Aldi's Scöfferhofer Hefeweizen is pretty good. Franziskaner is often on offer at Lidl, have seen it as cheap as 99p.
