Anyone know what car this is off? or was it a TVR special?

Neither, it is just a standard miniature potentiometer available from RS, Maplin, Ebay etc - cant remember if it is 1k or 10k but cheap as chips so could get both for a couple of £

racetech have them but at £15 + vat & delivery i'd be looking at RS, Maplin etc ....

If you pull the panel and take a close look at the variable resistor, it should have markings that tell you what range it has. Personally, I have been thinking about changing it for a different one, to make the range of delay greater. Not sure if that's possible by changing just the resistor, may need to change other components in the timer circuit too, but worth a go.
