Paint correction

Last night some delightful chap took it upon himself to add a 'speed stripe' to the front passenger side door of my FFRR. Clearly a lazy bugger, he only managed about 5 inches before he ran out of steam and sloped off.

Will this require a trip to a body shop? As the scratch is relatively small I'd rather it was corrected as best as possible as the chances are some other joker will just make the same improvement on the other side at some point.

Also whilst its being corrected it may be worth getting the paint sorted, bit dodgy at present, any recommendations in the SW London area.
