Strange Lumps?

So I suffer from very bad health anxiety and this morning I found something that's sending me into a downward spiral and causing me to panic massively.

I have found a lump on my shin. However the thing is, I have the lump on BOTH legs in the exact same position.

So: Right leg is on the right side of the shin. Left leg is on the left side of the shin.

The lump is soft in texture and you can push it in. No pain no swelling. And the lump only shows up when I tiptoe/flex. So imagine you're sitting down and you put pressure on your toes to sort of flex your calf/shin muscle. That's when the lumps show up

Right lump is slightly larger and softer than left but they are in identical positions on both legs.

My mind has jumped to the worse. Any thoughts? Not looking for a diagnosis. Just some thoughts on it

Lipoma or muscular haemangioma perhaps, but a coincidence if you had them in the same place both sides.
