They've changed the layout on the last corner complex, instead of the cars braking from a long back straight into a long sweeping left hander, they now brake sharply, turn a sharp left, drive about 50 yards along a small straight section, and then rejoin the old section of circuit to turn along a long sweeping right.
There will be a fair potential for overtakes at this complex now, when I was there in January lots of drivers were braking late and understeering badly while turning that sharp left (although the tarmac was new).
There are LOADS of grandstands in that area, and just behind the seats are plenty of stalls for food etc.

If you hunt around (4180 onwards) you can find some piccies around the circuit that might give you an idea of good places to be.
Look at image 4208 to see where I mean, although that picture is from the inside of the circuit, you can't sit there
