Image tank help

I bought www.crown-digital.co.uk/ishop/883/shopscr36.html and fitted a 40gb hdd.

I couldn't format the hdd when fitted to the image tank (don't know why), so partitioned and formatted it in my laptop then fitted it to the unit.

Problem is that the unit recognises the 2 partitions (as did my laptop) but when I connect it via usb, the computer only sees the 1st partition.

Anyone had any similar probs? Or got a solution?

What operating sysytem are you running? are both partitions formatted? If you're using XP have you been into computer management and assigned a drive letter to each partition?
