R8 Owners in the North of England

I will be in the R8 market soon and firmly into the research stage. Need to move on two much loved cars it's possible but it'll be next spring hopefully (earlier V8 manual is the plan).

I was hoping there are one or two owners in the North. I'd love to meet another enthusiast, take a look at an R8 without sales pressure and mine your knowledge / experience.

We're in Whitley Bay and Allendale so cover a wide area!

Bit far from me then,I'm in the north west but the very South of the northwest (Cheshire).
