New Thermostat Orientation

Morning all,

I got my new 'stat from TVR parts.com and I just want to check for correct orientation.

In the pic below you can see the new one on the right. The old one on the left still has the hose fitted that goes to the top of the rad. Looking down the bore that is facing you the stat appears to be in the same position on both.

So, if I assemble the new one as I've shown in relation to the old one will it be right?
