Possible to find out if service bulletin 236 was done?

Hi,

The gear shift in to 1st and in to 2nd gear (not matter gear you were in before) is difficult. Even when the car is fully warmed it is not an easy shift in to 2nd or 1st gear.

Apparently Service Bulletin 236 can help with this.
I am not sure if service bulletin 236 was already carried out.

Are records for things like this held by Aston Martin centrally?

If the car has been regularly serviced at an AM dealership (check your service record book for stamps) then they will have a record.

Yes there are and your dealer has access to them. I've seen the full history of my car and everything was listed, the output was quite interesting.
