Anyone using this yet?
Have a friend that can't copy the contacts across from MSN to outlook Live without having to first export them from MSN to Import them into Live.
What's he doing wrong?
I have never used this, but being the techie friend he knows i am somehow the source of all IT knowledge (i wish).
