620R Engine Specs

I believe it's done in house.
Supercharging the Duratec got quite popular with the last generation Fiesta ST too, with lots of cards putting out over 300bhp (and cars on standard internals putting out about 260bhp with just the charger). It might be worth looking somewhere like FiestaSTOC to see if there are any threads about supercharging the MK6.

I'm curious about that too. Despite asking around, I haven't be able to find out much.
From an engine building point of view, probably easier than an R500. It seems to be limited below 8000, so potentially it could be standard, but I suspect it'll have the usual upgrades - rods, pistons, etc, just to be safe. They're probably using the standard crank and main bearings. The head could be standard but cams almost certainly chosen for the job.

Yep that's a good shout to check out the mk6 Fiesta ST. They use the 2.0 Duratec so there is plenty of aftermarket advice available. I used to own one, so know a little bit. Jam Sport were the people to talk to regarding supercharging, they will be able to advise. Some info about a kit in this link, although it doesn't make any mention of what internals they recommend to support it: http://jam-sport.co.uk/shop/fiesta-st-150-stg2-5-s...
May also be worth speaking with Premier Power, they know their stuff when it comes to aftermarket Caterham work. They don't offer anything forced induction, but they know the Duratec and its application in the Caterham very well.
