Seem to be having an issue with my Fiesta that I've been trying to diagnose. When driving, no clunking or such can be heard but when manoeuvring slowly or when parked up like in the video, I get this loud creaking and clunking noise from the front suspension. I have replaced both front wishbones to no avail. There is no play in either wheel up front, but if I lift the wheels, with a bar or my hand, the shock goes up into the arch on both sides. Coupled with the creaking, this leads me to believe the top mounts maybe bad? The creaking comes from the offside front but the clunking noise comes from both front corners. Anyone give me any pointers as to what's up?

I know this post was a while ago but did you get to the bottom of what was causing that noise?
I’ve got a similar issue with a 530d e60.
Replaced top and lower arms, drop links and there is no play in track rod ends or movement in wheel

I can’t open the clip. Have you tried changing your anti roll bar bushes? I had a similar noise as described and even know the bushes looked half decent I changed them and the creaking noise went.
