Biscuits for a cheeseboard

Finally found these crackers after having them last year at a wedding in Scotland. These are seriously good.
These are going to be on my Christmas Cheeseboard.

I don't like gimmicky crackers. Plain and simple otherwise it detracts from the cheese.
