Can anyone recommend a good warranty company? I'm about to buy a private used car and want to make sure I have some coverage.

Used Motor Warranty Direct (Warranty Direct Ltd) a few years ago for several years.

Never had a problem with them, and they covered parts others didn't.

Only moan was the length of time they took to send a cheque but, if you get the repairs done at one of their approved garages, they pay the garage direct.

Need to keep service schedule up to date.

Won't cover modified motors, and won't cover Scoobies
