Pontiac GTO spotted

Spotted a purple wrapped Pontiac GTO about 1pm at the wisley interchange, sounded awesome, anyone here?

I am assuming that's a "pontiac spare parts" built model - it looks all wrong and not just the rhubarb and custard theme(lights, wheels, badging and bits missing etc), says its a 6.0 but looks like a 04 yr 5.7 model

Filler cap is high for an 04 5.7 'ro, and has a dual-exit exhaust...so if it really is an 04 then it could be a legit GTO (correct if wrong, but I think even their 04 had the fuel tank in the boot, especially since the dual-exit mod seems common over there). Rear bumper looks like the GTO bumper with the insert missing.

assume its imported, what an odd car to import. I know they are peanuts in the states but when you can buy a rhd one?

Perhaps its heading to have its motor ripped out and put into something else

I saw this aswell today in Farnham, looks worse in the flesh as its real mis/match, assume its seem some action and been rebuilt with some Monaro parts

cant work out if he is slightly over the line or parked really badly in the disable bay and missed

He has just been cleared of cancer & they did suspect it in his eyes also previously so let him park how ever he wants

With bodywork that immaculate, I'd also want to park a long way from other cars and avoid dings
