Inspired by the Jon Favreau film Chef (and that I've porked up like him over the years) I thought I'd have a go at Cuban Sarnies.

Couldn't get Cuban bread from Tescos so Ciabatta it is

Dill Pickles

Swiss cheese

Ham and some home made carnitas (Mexican pulled pork)

Dab of garlic butter

And not having a proper Plancha grille, the old pre warmed brick in tinfoil ploy

Proper Lush, to coin a phrase

Not exactly low calorie though lick

hehe

I don't think I've ever watched a film that made me so hungry.

For anyone else, it's a bit of a faff but well worth it.
