Built a tandoor for the garden and gave it a try today, wondered if anyone has any tips for cooking naan tikka etc and how not to burn it. Thanks

I think he's missing a comma.

as in "does anyone have tips for naan, tikka, etc."

Unless you explain to the smokers what it is I would expect it to be powered by smouldering cigarette butts

That looks like the design on the Jamie Oliver programme? I think Jimmy cooked with it, nothing on YouTube?

Similar design to the Jamie Oliver tandoor design but uses clay pot instead of a metal bin to keep the heat in (also safer), it has a few holes drilled in the bottom to allow air through it and charcoal sits on a metal grill and Just lit with some fire lighters.
