What 3rd map would you have

Right folks, I'm getting an emerald ecu fitted by joolz with a 3 way map switch, joolz made some mapping suggestion and the 1st 2 I'm happy with. What a top guy by the way.
Option 1- full power with good drive and pops and bangs
Option 2- cruise map for motor way runs
Option 3- don't know what to go for
Joolz made a suggestion of a safe map, less responsive say if you wanted to loan your car out.
I don't plan on lending my car out so I have a 3rd mapping option available.
So what would you guys suggest.

I have 2 maps in use most of the time, the only difference being more and less pops and bangs on overrun by altering the ignition table. Not got as far as putting a switch in, as it is so easy to load a new map from the laptop/tablet.
As nice as the loud gunfire setting is, it gets a bit tedious on a long run in traffic and the car is loud enough as it is.
If I understood the idea of mapping correctly from a performance and efficiency point of view, one map can be tuned to suit cruising and 'red mist' driving as the throttle position, revs, speed etc are all very different for the two driving styles, and represent different parts of the map/tables.
Given a choice of 3 maps, I would have loud, quiet and MOT test.
To be honest, given the reputation Joolz has, do whatever he says, and ignore almost everyone else on here.

.... And Sapper why not have your 3rd map with 4 degrees of spark adavance for example pulled out of the ign table for standard unleaded if your main map is tuned for super unleaded 
this way you can still drive your car briskly with no fear of damage just in case you get caught short on fuel with no super unleaded pumps available

An excellent base map will give good power and economy depending on your right foot setting,,,
As long as your not flooring it everywhere then that map will also run unleaded
Other than COG Clever button why bother with anything other than your one well defined map ?
