Looking for a realistically priced 964!

A friend is after a 964 - sub 100k manual C2. Colour does not matter.

What is a realistic price these days as I have seen them advertised at mad prices (or is this price??)

All old Porsche's need money and time spent on them.

Things overlooked by owners, items like shocks, bushes, top end,interior to name a few.

I might possibly part with mine, which is madness given that I've had it just a year and spent a vast amount of money on it. But life's short and there's lots of cars out there...

It's a met black C2 manual with 84k miles.
