Landlord Associations
Discussion
I rent our a property to a good tenant family who currently have no desire to move.
A couple of years ago i changed the letting agency whilst the tenant was in place.
I've decided to stop using the letting agency, as they are getting ££ to transfer money from the tenant to my account. When work has been required, the agencies tradespeople haven't lived up to my expectations and i have now found a tradesman who i trust, who can look after the property when necessary.
As such, its probably wise that i join a Landlord association, especially for the access to the relevant documents/agreements that i will need.
Therefore, I'm looking for recommendations of Associations to look into please.

I was a member of the NLA but theres nothing really that isnt available through the landlordzone forums. The insurance is no cheaper than Direct line and the legal helpline although handy is probably slower than sticking a post on LLZ.
There are lots of very experienced and knowledgeable people on there. I got in touch with a very good mortgage advisor as well through there.
