How to pay a court hearing fee?

I submitted a claim via Money Claim Online. I'm now further down the line and I received a letter stating that I need to pay a court hearing fee. The only problem is that the letter doesn't tell me how or where to do this. There are no options on the MCOL site to pay the fee and a Google search doesn't help either... Can anybody shed some light on how I am supposed to pay this fee please?

Ring the court it's been allocated to (presumably your local court), speak to the listing office, and they'll take your money directly.

I tried this too and nobody answered the phone. Usual experience when dealing with public sector organisations.
